Returns Policy

  1. Introduction

    We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
    We have created this 30-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.

  2. Returns

    Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

    1. we receive the returned product within 30 days following the date of delivery of the product.

     

  3. Returns procedure

    In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must contact your account manager or customer service at [email protected] and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form prior to shipping the item back to us. All returns must be approved and returned with shipping prepaid in original condition and in their original packaging and must be in as-new condition.

  4. Exclusions

    The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

    1. Custom order products; defined as any product that requires a generated part number on a spec sheet. From time to time, special requests may be accepted at the sole discretion of LEDCO AMERICA L.L.C. and will be considered a one-time deal.

  5. Refunds

    We will give you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us). If product is damaged in shipping, customer is responsible for filing claim with shipper to determine who is at fault. LEDCO AMERICA will provide replacement product for no additional cost if damage was caused by us. A return label will be provided by LEDCO AMERICA for any damaged product by us that needs to be returned. Refunds will not be provided until original product has been received back by LEDCO AMERICA and is determined to be acceptable in accordance with this return policy.

  6. Improper returns

    Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

    1. we will not refund or exchange the product; and
    2. we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product.
